Lisa Belodoff supports customers in the role of Business Development. In this role she is responsible for the overall satisfaction of customer teams, from engineering engagement to on-time product delivery. Lisa serves as customer main point of contact and is responsible for RPO engagement, proposal requests and quotations, providing business consultation and RPO technology planning. With 20+ years of experience in fiber optics, medical device, and precision optics technologies and an MBA from Syracuse University, Lisa is well-equipped to handle the needs of every project individually.
As a member of the business development team with insights on marketing functions, Adam is involved in many aspects of account management and customer service. Adam is a key contributor to many programs, involving both defense and commercial products. This allows Adam the ability to offer customers a unique perspective on every project. The support Adam provides customers directly aligns with RPO's dedication to delivering superior customer experiences and ensuring optimal solutions on every project. He has managed projects in a wide range of optical needs, monitoring progress from project design through to completion of manufacturing.
In the role of Program Manager, Amy Zelazny is responsible for managing the technical aspects of development programs as they transition through design to production launch. She manages progress of prototype build and test, report preparation, project timeline generation and maintenance, and oversees the cross-functional team required to takes products from engineering to the production environment. Amy has 33 years of experience in the optical field, both in the commercial and defense domains. This experience spans many product types, but her focus has been on optical assemblies that support night vision applications. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Optics from the University of Rochester.
With extensive experience in optical design and optical engineering, Blair is an asset to every project. He has a Ph.D in optics from the University of Rochester and has held various titles including Systems Manager at Global Enterprise Solutions, Optical Engineer for NASA Goddard Space Flight Center, and Senior Optical Engineer at ASE Optics. In his role of Optical Engineering Manager, Blair oversees an elite team of optical design engineers and develops strategic programs to fit customer needs. A LightTools expert, Blair specializes in optimization, user-defined and custom merit functions, custom macro programming, joint modeling and optimization with SolidWorks. He is skilled with Code V, including custom merit functions, non-sequential ray tracing, and decentered systems.
