Rochester Precision Optics (RPO) is rich with a heritage of excellence and precision. Previously known as Kodak Optical Imaging Systems (KOIS), RPO has combined the assets and know-how into an ultra modern 65,000 square foot facility. We deliver complete optical manufacturing solutions of superior quality from custom design to fully tested assemblies. RPO is vertically integrated starting with many self supporting functions in-house to help reduce lead times and lower costs.

We have comprehensive design and manufacturing capabilities including optical and mechanical engineers as well as lens designers. This expertise and creativity is initially captured by our Prototyping, Coating and Diamond Turning divisions. When products are ready for production we have large volume capability in our Precision Glass Molding division and our Assembly and Test division.
