Exit the airport drive and turn right onto Brooks Avenue at the stop light
- Stay to the right and take Route 390 South entry ramp
- Remain on Route 390 South to Exit 16A/West Henrietta Road
- Take the access road east to Route 15
- Turn right onto Route 15 (West Henrietta Road) and go south
- Turn right onto Bailey Road
- Take a left onto John Street
- Turn left into the first entrance of 850 John Street
From Rochester
- Take Route 490 East to Route 590 South
- Take Route 390 South
- Exit at Exit 16 A/West Henrietta Road (You will come to a light for East Henrietta Road. Go straight at this light, and bear to your right, which will take you to West Henrietta Road.)
- Turn left on Route 15/West Henrietta Road and go south
- Turn right onto Bailey Road
- Take a left onto John Street
- Turn left into the first entrance of 850 John Street
From the South or the NYS Thruway (Interstate 90)
