Rochester Precision Optics Receives Approval of Latest ISO 9001 standard – ISO 9001:2008
Rochester Precision Optics, a leading manufacturer of precision optics including aspheric lenses and assemblies, is pleased to announce its approval for the latest revision of the ISO 9001 standard – ISO 9001:2008 – the world's most widely used Quality Management System (QMS) benchmark. International certification body Bureau Veritas conducted an intensive audit of the processes and procedures in place at the Rochester headquarters to verify compliance to the ISO standard. Rochester Precision Optics manufacturing organization, formerly a part of Kodak Optical Imaging Systems, has held continuous ISO 9001 certification since1993.
